VACANCIES AT HELEN KELLER INTERNATIONAL



HKI is looking to hire suitable candidates to fill the following positions within its rapidly expanding program portfolio.
1.       State Project Coordinator – based in Katsina
2.       Neglect Tropical Disease Program Officer – based in Katsina
3.       NTD Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist – based in Katsina
4.       Finance and Admin Manager – based in Abuja.
REQUIREMENTS:
POSITION: PROJECT COORDINATOR:
·         A basic first degree in the social sciences, public health or development studies
·         Post degree qualification in program management or equivalent
·         Basic technical knowledge of Trachoma and the SAFE Strategy is preferable, but also knowledge of other PCT NTDs is an advantage
·         Experience of managing an eye health or neglected tropical disease program, would be an advantage.

POSITION: PROGRAM OFFICER:
·         A first degree in microbiology, parasitology, entomology or similar field, medicine or health related field
·         Minimum of Masters of public health or related master’s degree
·         Minimum of 3 years experience working in public health
POSITION: FINANCE AND ADMIN MANAGER:
·         A first degree in Accounting or Finance related discipline
·         Minimum od ICAN certification or its equivalent
·         Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration or similar advanced degree would be an advantage
·         Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience managing donor-funded projects like USAID, DFID, etc.
