This is a managerial position that requires
a target driven individual with a dynamic personality, with proven knowledge on
mortgage, credit and treasury activities. Whosoever would fit into our vision
and drive must be very energetic and achievement driven. The Chief Business
Development report directly to the MD/CEO.
He would be
responsible for, amongst others:
Requirements:

First degree or its equivalent in any field
·
Minimum of 8 years post graduate cognate
experience in any reputable financial institute with proven track records of
achievement, with at least 4 years at managerial position of a financial
institution
·
Understanding of Lagos financial marketing is
compulsory
·
Experience in mortgage banking will be an added
advantage
·
Professional qualification will be an added
advantage
·
REGIONAL HEAD, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
(LAGOS) Ref: BDL-1
The ideal candidate must have cognate
experience in Mortgage, Credit and Treasury activities. He/she must have the
required capacity to identify and mobilize business from Lagos. He/she must be
a self-starter and confidence to grow the business considerably within a
reasonable time frame.
Requirements:

First degree or its equivalent in any field
·
Minimum of 8 years post graduate cognate
experience in any reputable financial institute with proven track records of achievement,
with at least 4 years at managerial position of a financial institution

CREDIT ADMINISTRATION OFFICERS (Ref:
CAM-02)
Ø
Well-grounded in credit appraisal, documentation
analysis and review Ø Applicants must possess a good first degree or its equivalent
Ø Ideal candidates must show strong mastery of underwriting standards.
Ø Minimum of 5 years experience in similar roles in a financial institution
Ø Experience in mortgage banking would be an added advantage
Ø Ability to be part of a proactive team and ready to work with little supervision.
Ø Professional qualification will be an added advantage

RISK MANAGEMENT OFFICERS (Ref:
RMD-3)
The ideal candidate shall be responsible,
among other functions, for managing the organizatio’s inherent risks and ensure
compliance with all relevant regulations. The person must have enough
experience to design appropriate risks mitigating strategies across the
enterprise’s operations. In particular, the major functions shall include.
Ø Advise and develop appropriate Risk framework, mitigation and control
Ø Enhancement of Business performance (efficiency and profitability)
Ø Regulatory imperatives- global/national trend
Ø Initiate and conclude recovery procedures.
Requirement:

Bachelor or Masters degree in Financial
Management or related field with minimum of 5 years post qualification
experience in a reputable financial institution

Professional qualification is an added advantage

NETWORK SECURITY OFFICER – (Ref:
NSO-4)
The ideal candidates shall be responsible
for protecting the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the Bank’s
information asset. The major functions shall include:

Designing and implementation of network security Ø Performing security audit for servers and workstations security
Requirements:
Ø Bachelors in Computer Science or its equivalent
Ø Knowledge of routing, switching wireless networks, windows and linux security controls is compulsory
Ø Skill in various scripting language (Bash, Python, Pest, etc)\
Ø Relevant information security and /or network certifications highly desired (CISSP, Security+, CEH, CCNP Security, CCNA Security, CISA)
Ø Knowledge of state and Federal regulatory laws and standards for safeguarding of sensitive information and data
Ø Minimum of three (3) years of relevant information security / cyber security experience in enterprise environments.

Ref: LAG 01 for Lagos with cognate experience of minimum of 4 years in marketing

Ref: LAG o2 for Lagos specific for fresh
graduates Ref: LAG 01 for Lagos with cognate experience of minimum of 4 years in marketing
o Ref: LAG 03 for Lagos OND holders with experience in Marketing
o Ref: ABJ 01 for Abuja with experience in marketing
o Ref: ABJ 02 for Abuja fresh graduate
o Ref: ABJ 03 for OND holders with cognate marketing experience
The ideal candidates must have first degree or its equivalent in Humanities or Social Sciences. The references should be quoted appropriately.
