We are a compact and dynamic financial/management consulting firm, in continuous operation now over 20 years and seek to fill the following strategic positions:

SENIOR CONSULTANT

Objective: To plan, market, organize for and execute strategy mandates.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

·         B.SC in any of Social, Management or Pure Sciences (Minimum of 2.1) and a Masters degree ( preferably MBA ), ACA or ACIB

·         Minimum of 10 years post graduate experience, including management roles

·         Demonstrable leadership and marketing skills, with excellent writing, presentation and negotiation skills.

·         Proficient in contemporary word and data processing software

·         Not more than 40 years.

CONSULTANT, TALENT DEVELOPMENT

Objective: To plan, market, organize for and execute training mandates efficiently.

Qualification, Experience and Skills

·         B.SC in any of Social, Management or Pure Sciences (Minimum of 2.1) and a Masters degree ( preferably MBA ), ACA or ACIB will be added advantage

·         Minimum of 5 years post graduate work experience, including experience and exposure to training

·         Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

·         Good team player.

·         Proficient in comtemporary word and data processing software

·         Not more than 32 years.

RESEARCH ECONOMIST

Objective: To scan the business environment, draft reports and market research services.

Qualification, Experience and Skills

·         B.SC Economics (Minimum of 2.1)

·          A Masters degree will be added advantage

·         Minimum of 5 years post graduate work experience, including research experience and exposure.

·         Excellent analytical, writing, and presentation skills

·         Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

·         Good team player, with excellent presentation and writing skills

·         Proficient in comtemporary word and data processing software

·         Not more than 32 years.
