2014/2015 ACADEMIC
YEAR SUPPLEMENTARY ADMISSION EXERCISE
In continuation of the 2014/2015
Admission exercise, the University will start the sale of Supplementary
Admissions Forms on Wednesday, October 8, 2014.
Interested candidates who made
FUTO their first and second choice University, who must have sat for the
2014/2015 Post Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examinations (PUTME) in FUTO, and
who scored a minimum of 180 in
the FUTO Post-UTME can now apply through the following process:
Payment of the sum of #7,500.00
at any of the following Banks using the e-tranzact platform.

Download and print one (1)
Supplementary Admission Form from the FUTO website (www.futo.edu.ng)
Complete the printed hard copy of
the form and return not later than Monday, October 27, 2014 to the Admission
Unit, Registry Annex with photocopies of the following items:

E.Tranzact Slip
b.
JAMB Result Slip
c.
FUTO Post –UTME Result Slip
d.
WAEC/NECO Results

Please, note again:
i.
That before the above average cut-off scores can
be used, the candidate shall have made a minimum of 180 in both JAMB and the
FUTO Post UTME;
ii.
That candidates should not complete the forms
into more than one (1) department as this will attract outright
disqualification;
iii.
That candidates awaiting WAEC/NECO results
should not apply as they will be screened out.
