Position: ASSISTANT
FACILITY MANAGER:
Prospective Candidates must:

Have a good university degree in a relevant
discipline. Post graduate and/or Professional Qualification (IFMA) would be an
advantage
·
Possess a minimum of 5 years post qualification
working experience in Facility Management and Maintenance
·
Be computer literate and conversant with the use
of Microsoft word, Excel etc.
·
Have excellent communication and interpersonal
skills both in writing and verbally
·
Be very organized and capable of motivating the
Company’s work force
·
Be capable of working without supervision
Position: SECURITY
MANAGER
Prospective candidates must:
·
Have a good University degree or post graduate
degree
·
Possess a minimum of 5 years post qualification
working experience in a reputable security firm as Security Manager, Military/Police
Background will be an advantage
·
Be computer literate and conversant with the use
of Microsoft Word, Excel etc.
·
Have excellent communication and interpersonal
skills both in writing and verbally
·
The ideal candidate must be able to work with
minimal supervision and must be trained in the use of firearms
·
The candidate must not be older than 40 years
