VACANCIES IN PROPERTY AND HOSPITALITY SECTOR



Applications are invited from suitable and experienced candidates to fill vacancies in a dynamic group operating in the property and hospitality sector, in the following positions:
1.       ACCOUNTANT
·         HND Accountancy from a reputable institution
·         Aged between 30 – 35 years with 3- 5 years cognate experience in a similar position
·         Excellent communication skills, good interpersonal relationship ability to effectively lead a team
·         Ability to prepare financial statement from source books
·         Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and relevant accounting packages.


2.       ACCOUNTS OFFICER
·         ATS/OND Accountancy from a reputable institution
·         Aged between 25 – 35 years with 3 years cognate experience in a similar position
·         Excellent communication skills, good interpersonal relationship ability to effectively lead a team
·         Ability to prepare financial statement from source books
·         Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Packages Accounting packages

3.       EVENTS/FACILITIES MANAGER
·         B.Sc/HND Businss Administration or any Social Science from a recognised Institution
·         Minimum of 5 years working experience in the Hospitality Industry as Events/Facilities Manager with people management skill and appropriate training in customer service
·         Aged between 30-40.

4.       ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER
·         OND, OTM (Secretarial Administration) with minimum of 2 years releevant experience
·         Must be computer literate with vast knowledge in use of MS-Word, MS-Excel and Power-Point
·         Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
·         Aged between 28 – 32 years
