INTERNSHIP PROGRAMME AT POLICY AND LEGAL ADVOCACY CENTRE

Policy and Legal Advocacy Centre (PLAC) is organizing an 8 weeks internship program for young Nigerians to gain knowledge of legislative practices and processes, and provide administrative support to Legislators and Legislative Committees.

Position: INTERNSHIP

Dates:                   January to March 2015

Location:             Abuja

Qualification:

i.                     At least, a first degree in any discipline

ii.                   Good writing and speaking skills

iii.                  Good computer skills

Logistics: PLAC will support interns with stipends to cover transportation withing Abuja and Lunch for the period. Other logistics costs will be borne by the interns. It is advised that prospective interns be resident in Abuja or be prepared to bear the costs of residing in Abuja for the duration of the internship as PLAC will not provide accommodation for interns
