VACANCY FOR HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

AN Energy Services Company requires the services of a Human Resource Officer

Qualifications:

·         A Bachelor or Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Humanities or Personnel Management/Industrial Relations with a minimum of three years’ experience in similar position

DUTIES:

·         General Administration of the Company Workforce, Training and manpower development. Interpretation and implementation of Employee Manual/Condition of service

·         Maintenance of industrial Harmony in the Company.

·         Maintenance of up-to-date Personnel records

·         Other Administrative duties that may from time to time be assigned.

REMUNERATIONS:

Will be quite attractive and compatible with what obtains in the sector.
