Position: AUDIT OFFICER

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

·         B.SC/HND in Accounting, Statistics or Mathematics

·         Minimum of 2 years post graduate experience

Duties:

·         Reconciliation and tracing of cash receipt to bank and making audit report on the same

·         Vet discount paid daily, separate cash discount from trade discount and report on the same weekly

·         Reconcile cash receipt booklet of ad hoc services

·         Joint Tally and take weight measurement of incoming consignments and liaise with Cargo Audit Manager on daily findings.

Position: ASSISTANT MANAGER, AUDIT

Qualification, Experience and Skills

·         ACA/ACCA

·         Minimum of 3 years post graduate work experience.

Duties:

·         Review Non-Current Asset to ensure that correct depreciation policy is maintained

·         Review Non-Current Asset Register for update on asset tag and location

·         Review payables account weekly and report on findings

·         Review posting to payables accounts daily to mitigate posting error

·         Reconcile payment made from Bank Account to payable ledger and report on finding

·         Check for all records of accruals for completeness and mitigate of misstatement.
