VACANCIES IN A CONGLOMERATE COMPANY



Our firm is one of the Nigeria’s conglomerate withh a multinational perspective. The company is seeking to recruit candidates who currently in these roles have been successful. This is an excellent opportunity for the successful applicants to take on executive roles. Competitive remuneration and compensation packages await the successful candidates.
The positions to be filled are:
1.        SENIOR ACCOUNTANTS:
Qualification and Responsibilities:
·         University degree in Accounting , Finance, Economics or other areas with at least 18 years post qualification experience. An MBA will be an advantage.
·         Membership of ICAN or other professional accounting bodies is mandatory
·         Background in company management and or Banking operations
·         Experience in corporate finance and audit.


2.       SENIOR SALES AND MARKETING MANAGERS:
Qualification and Responsibilities:
·         University degree in Accounting, Business Administration , Social Sciences, Engineering or any other related field. An MBA will be an added advantage.
·         A minimum of 15 years cognate experience in professional selling and marketing, preferably in FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Banking and /or Telecommunications industry
·         Proven successful track record of delivering growth
·         Provide strategic direction for the overall operations of various sales unit to achieve business plans
·         Excellent leadership and communication skills
·         Strong selling and negotiation skills

3.       HEAD OF FOUNDATION:
Qualification and Responsibilities:
·         University degree in relevant discipline. An MBA will be an added advantage
·         A minimum of 15 years cognate experience in cross functionaal project management
·         Proven experience in social and environmental respponsibility, community involvement and communication
·         Experience in manning a very big foundation
·         Identify and implement joint sponsorship with no-profit and otheer organizations to demonstrate commitment externally
·         Craft CSR paln and work with relevant internal stakeholders to implement
·         Excellent leadership and communication skills
·         Political and environmental awareness with strong knowledge of how CSR influences stakeholders relations

4.       SECRETARY:
Qualification and Responsibilities:
·         HND or Unversity degree in Secretarial or Business Administration  and other relevant fields with a minium of 12 years’ experience
·         Knowledge of MS office suite and office equipment operation
·         Experience in managing top executives at the Managing Director/Chairman level.
·         Experience in banking operations will be an advantage
·         Experience in running a large secretariat
·         Very good communication skill and man management
