KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER: (Lagos)
Key Accountabilities:
·
Initiate new business in the Institutional sales
segment targeting large hospital chains, Government Institutions, local bodies,
armed forces etc.
·
Manage tender business of Government
Institutions and Hospitals and create new Institutional business opportunities
·
Establish strong coordination with sales team to
grab better business opportunities
CANDIDATES PROFILE:
·
Science
graduate or Pharmacist preferably with a MBA
and 6 – 10 years of hands –on experience in pharma sales of ethical
products preferably in MNC
·
Should have handled institutional sales and
tender business in the Pharma Industry and should have contacts
·
Must have the ability to build and maintain
strong networks both inside and outside the organization.
MEDICAL INFORMATION OFFICERS
(Lagos, Kano, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Ibadan, Kaduna, Ilorin, Enugu, Akure, Jos,
Calabar, Sokoto)
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:

Regular visits to hospitals, Clinics,
Pharmacist, Private Clinics, and other healthcare facilities with the goal of
selling prescription drugs.
·
Acquire products knowledge and disease and
deliver market amd clinical research to healthcare professionals
·
Monitor prescription data to ensure achievement
of sales targets
·
Maintain a computerized database to record all
sales and generate periodical reports
CANDIDATES PROFILE:
·
Science graduate, preferably a Pharmacist with 3
– 6 years of experience in Pharma sales of ethical products, preferably in NMC
AREA SALES MANAGER: (Lagos, Abuja
and Benin)
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
·
Monitor the performance of the sales team by
establishing a system of report and communication involving sales reports,
regular sales meetings etc. to ensure achievements of sales targets
·
Assist in the development of regional and annual
sales budget, specifically advising on reliable forecast for each product and
territory based on historical data, market brands, competitive activity,
promotional strategy and sales
·
Develop and implement a specific appraisal
system that describes the responsibilities and performance standard for each
team member, for individual territory sales and account activation targets
·
Personally observe the performance of medical
representatives in the field on a regular basis.
