An indigenous Oil and Gas company
in the Upstream and Downstream sectors of Nigeria’s energy industry situated in
Lekki, Lagos requires the services of experienced and dynamic personnel to fill
the following open positions in her organization.

suitably qualified candidates to fill the following vacancies within the Lagos
office of the company.
1.
GENERAL MANAGER; OPERATIONS (Ref:
NBEL0011)
Candidates must possess a
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical or Electronics
Engineering, Business Administration or Marketing with a minimum of second
class upper. A Master’s degree in Engineering and Business Administration (MBA)
will be an added advantage.
The ideal candidate must have
between 12 – 15 years of experience in upstream and downstream oil and gas
facilities, petroleum products tankfarm storage, distribution, pipeline,
haulage, etc. experience in oil and gas contract preparation, administration
and cost estimation will be necessary. Candidate must be proficient in the use
of computer software’s as well as have the ability to work under pressure with
minimal supervision.
2.
ENGINEERING MANAGER : (Ref;
NBEL0012)
Candidates must possess a
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical or Electronics
Engineering, Business Administration or Marketing with a minimum of second
class upper. A Master’s degree in Engineering will be an added advantage.
The ideal candidate must have
between 15 – 20 years of experience in oil and gas facilities detailed
engineering design, procurement, construction and installation. The candidate
must be knowledgeable in engineering codes and standards as well as American
Petroleum Institute (AP) standards for Onshore and Offshore facilities. The
candidate must have a good knowledge of computer aided design and design
software.
3.
DISTRICT MANAGER (Ref: NBEL0013) –
PETROLEUM PRODUCTS.
Candidates must possess a
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical or Electronics
Engineering, Business Administration or Marketing with a minimum of second
class upper.
The ideal candidate must have
between 10 – 12 years of experience in petroleum products depot management and
administration. Inventory control and tanks calibration, metering and
fiscalization experience is required for this position.
4.
SENIOR FACILITIES ENGINEER (Ref:
NBEL0014)
Candidates must possess a
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical or Electronics
Engineering, Business Administration or Marketing with a minimum of second
class upper. A Master’s degree in Engineering and Business Administration (MBA)
will be an added advantage.
The ideal candidate must have between
8 – 10 years of experience in upstream and downstream oil and gas facilities,
knowledge in engineering, procurement and construction in both onshore and
offshore. Experience in oil and gas contracts preparation, administration and
cost estimation with necessary. Also, candidate must be proficient in the use
of computer software’s as well as have ability to work under pressure with
minimal supervision.
5.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER (BULK
PETROLEUM TRADING) (Ref: NBEL0015)
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s
degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Elecrical or Electronics Engineering, Business
Administration or Marketing with a minimum of second class upper. Candidates
with degree in Marketing or Business Administration with a minimum of 5 – 8
years experience in upstream petroleum products bulk trading. Experience in the
bulk sales and marketing of petroleum products (automotive gas oil, dual
purpose kerosene and premium motor spirit). The successful candidate must have
a good knowledge of computer software.
6.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER
(MARINE SERVICES) (Ref: NBEL0016)
Candidates must possess a
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical or Electronics
Engineering, Business Administration or Marketing with a minimum of second
class upper. Candidate must have a minimum of 5 – 10 years of experience in
marine support services in the downstream support supplying drilling rigs,
FPSO, product platform, jack up, supply vessels, etc. the successful candidate
must have a good knowledge of computer software.
7.
BUILDING CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER (Ref:
NBEL0017)
Candidates must possess a
Bachelor’s degree in building or Civil Engineering with a minimum of second
class upper division. Candidates must have a minimum of 8 -10 years of
experience in the construction of residential and commercial building
supervision and quality control experience in the building construction
industry will be required. Candidates must be registered with the Nigerian
Institute of Builders. Successful candidate must be prepared to travel at short
notice as part of the day to day responsibilities.
8.
QAULITY ASSURANCE (QA)/QUALITY
CONTROL (QC) INSPECTOR- DOWNSTREAM (Ref: NBEL0018)
Candidates must possess a HND or
B.SC in Electrical and Instrumentation with a minimum of distinction from a
reputable polytechnic. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 – 8 years of
experience in quality assurance and quality control in the inspection of the
petroleum products, meter calibration and fiscalization.
9.
QUALITY ASSURANCE (QA) QUALITY
CONTROL (QC) CIVIL INSPECTOR (Ref: NBEL0019)
Candidates must possess a HND or
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Building engineering. Candidate must have a
minimum of 5 – 8 years experience in the inspection of residential and
commercial building construction or road construction services. Experience in
Building supervision and reporting are necessary for the performance of the job
function.
10.
EXPLORATIONIST / RESERVOIR ENGINEER
(Ref: NBEL0020)
Candidates must possess a
Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum, Chemical engineering with a minimum of second
class upper. Candidates with Bachelor’s degree in Geology will also be
considered with proven experience in exploration and reservoir simulations and
studies. Candidates must have a minimum of 8 -10 years experience in subsurface
studies in the oil and gas industry. Experience in onshore and offshore
locations in West Africa is a must for this position.
11.
ACCOUNTANTS (Ref: NBEL 0021)
Candidates must possess a
Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Banking and Finance with a minimum of second
class upper division as well as ICAN. Minimum experience of 8 -10 years in
corporate accounting management, tax preparations, auditing, etc.
12.
HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER (Ref:
NBEL0022)
Candidates must possess
Bachelor’s degree in Humanity or Business Administration with a minimum of
second class upper. Candidates must have a minimum of 8 – 10 years experience
in Human Resources from reputable oil and gas company.
