VACANCIES IN AN INDIGENOUS ARCHITECTURAL AND FACILITY MANAGEMENT COMPANY

An indigenous Architectural, Engineering, Project and Facility Management Company with keen interest in Building and Oil and Gas Industry is looking for candidates to fill the following positions:

1.        SECRETARY:

-          Good knowledge of filling system and documentation

-          Office practice and general administration

-          B.SC/HND Secretarial Administration or Social Sciences. French is an advantage

2.       FACILITY MANAGER: Nigeria or Expatriate:

-          Knowledge of operational method of maintaining Utilities, Experience in Catering services, Building and providing Services to organizations

-          B.SC Mechanical or Civil Engineering as well as Facility Management with 10 years relevant experience . must be registered member of COREN

3.       PROJECT ACCOUNTANT:

-          A good knowledge of Financial Accounting in a service providing or Consulting organization.

-          Ability to preparation and Management accounting

-          B.SC Accounting with 10 years experience . a professional qualification is a must

4.       OPERATIONS MANAGER – Nigerian or Expatriate:

-          To coordinates all activities of the company within and outside the office

-          Liaise with relevant Clients to improve the service delivery

-          Assist in Administration and documentation process

-          A Diploma or Certificate in Catering Management

-          Minimum of 8 years experience as Camp Boss while Catering experience at Offshore Oil and Gas is mandatory.

5.       BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – Nigeria or Expatriate:

-          A good and convincing business negotiator with good knowledge of BID packaging and processing

-          Ability to socialize and a goal getter with confidence. A player with good knowledge of Oil and Gas will be a great advantage

-          A degree in Social Science (Minimum 2) plus professional qualification. Minimum of 10 years practical experience in Conract sourcing and Bid packaging Experience in Oil and Gas will be an advantage.

6.       LAWYERS:

-          Must have a good degree in Law with minimum of 10 – 15 years experience in business contract drafting, partnership Agreement, Merger and Take-over. Good experience in of production and vetting of agreement/contracts.

Applicants (Nigerians or Expatriates) must meet the following requirements:

i.                      must have the ability to handle projects at design, documentation, supervision and Conclusion levels

ii.                   Minimum of 15 years in Consulting Engineering company

iii.                  Must have 1^st or 2^nd Class degree in relevant Courses with professional certificates ARCON, COREN, NIA, NSE, BOSIET, NEBOSH ETC as may be applicable.

iv.                 Must have reasonable ability in the use of Computer plus Software to carry out design work.

v.                   Experience in Oil and Gas environment, company or project would be an added advantage.
