The following vacancies currently
exist in the company.
1.
HEAD, CORPORATE STRATEGY:
The successful candidate will
design, develop, and drive the annual planning process across organization –
defining the approach and high –level timelines for the organization. She /he
will equally lead the strategic planning process within organization.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must have a first
degree and a master’s degree in any of the Humanities or Social Sciences,
Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or Economics from a recognized University.
He/she must have relevant local or international professional qualifications
.e.g NISER, NES. Candidate must have a minimum of 15 years of relevant
experience to the job objectives with not less than 5 years in a senior
management position
2.
HEAD, CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS:
The successful candidate will
produce an annual corporate communications plans, incorporating corporate
campaigns and departmental-based campaigns that publication on an ongoing
basis. She/he will ensure that the internal Communications function of
organization has a high impact in terms of keeping staff regularly formed,
engaged and inspired and ensured that staff have a clear and positive grasp of
what the organization stands for and what it is trying to achieve.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must have a first
degree in asocial Sciences and a Master’s degree in English, Mass
Communications, or industrial relations. Professional qualification, with
strong evidence of good practice years, preferably in a media outfit, is
required. Professional membership of relevant local and/or international
association e.g. NIPR, NIM, Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience to the
job objectives.
3.
HEAD, MARKETING AND CUSTOMER
SERVICES:
The successful candidate will be
required to develop strategic vision to identify opportunity areas, recommend
possible data-based outcomes and action plans for multi-channel initiatives,
implement essential external communication strategies, monitor and analyze
market trends. She/he will also be required to collect, collate, analyze and
interpret relevant statistics relating to customer satisfaction with the
organization services.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must have a degree in
Social Sciences/or equivalent, but preferably in Marketing. An MBA
qualification will be added advantage. In addition, candidate must have a
minimum of 15 years relevant experience to the job objectives, of which at
least 10 must be in rendering related services in a large FMCG, BANK,
Telecommunication, or Insurance company with not less than 5 years in a senior
management position.
4.
HEAD, HUMAN RESOURCES AND
ADMINISTRATION:
The successful candidate will
originate and lead Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide
an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment,
quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and
ongoing, development of superior workforce. In addition, she/he will
coordinate, implementation of administrative services, policies, and programmes
through own departmental and other staff
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must have a first
degree and a Master’s degree in any of the Social Sciences/or equivalent,
preferably Public Administration. She/he must have a professional qualification
in Human Resources such as CIPM/CIPD/SHRM. In addition, candidates must have
minimum of 15 years relevant experience to the job objectives, of which at
least 10 must be in rendering related services in a large utility company,
FMCG, Bank or Oil and Gas company, with not less than 5 years in a senior
management position.
5.
HEAD, FINANCE AND ACCOUNTS:
The successful candidate will be
required to develop long-term corporate financial policies and strategies in-line
with overall corporate strategies. She/he will develop short-term operational
plans in line with those policies and strategies, for effective financial
management and optimizing financing cost. She/he will develop/ensure policies
comply with applicable accounting and financial reporting framework. She /he
will develop and control the company’s annual budget to ensure that all
financial targets are met. She/he will coordinate with other departments for
compliance and implementation of financial management policies, budgets, etc.
with emphasis on controlling cost.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must have a first
degree in Social Sciences/or equivalent. She/he must have a professional
qualification in accounting such as ACA, ACCA, ANAN, CIBN. In addition,
candidate must have minimum of 15 years relevant experience to the job
objectives, of which at least 10 must be in rendering related services in a
large FMCG, Bank, Telecommunication, or Oil and Gas company with not less than
5 years in a senior management position.
6.
HEAD OF IT:
The successful candidate will
overseas all tasks related to work installation, maintenance, and management of
the computer network to meet the needs of the organization’s strategic and
administrative tasks. She/he will ensure that the network is consistently
available and operating effectively and employs the necessary back-up
procedures.
REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must have a Bachelor’s
degree (or equivalent and /or a Master’s degree in computer science, Computer
Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or any related field. She/he
must have professional membership with relevant local and/or international
associations such as ICT certifications such as MSCE, CCNA etc. Certifications
in Programme/Project Management, Networking, Switching (e.g CWNP, CISA, MCITP,
CCNP,CCIE, CISSP, PMP) will be an advantage. Candidate must have a minimum of
10 years of experience I ICT management.
