JOB REQUIREMENTS
Applicants for position 1 must
have Regular professional qualification, 12 years working experience out of
which 6 years must be in a profession kitchen in a branched property. Also 2
years of the experience must be relevant to the title being applied for.
Applicants for position 2-5 must be holder of HND/B.SC in relevant field with a
minimum of 8 years experience in Hospitality industry out of which 3 years must
be in the position being applied for. Applicants for position 6 must have a
minimum of HND/B.SC in Computer Science, minimum of 6 years experience in
hospitality industry and able to install and administer computer hardware,
software and networking. Applicants for position 7 must have HND/B.SC in Engineering
and be able to manage the building ground and physical plant including
equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, Plumbing, water treatment and electrical systems
with particular attention towards safety, security, and asset protection.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Computer literacy, ability to
adapt to a new environment, excellent written and communication skills,
passionate, eager to meet guests demand and possession of hospitality related
degree/ certificates will be an added advantage.
