VACANCIES IN A LEADING HEALTH MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATION


 
Due to steady growth and expansion, a leading Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) and a major player in the Nigeria Health Insurance Industry with Head Office in Lagos and offices spread across the country seeks to dill the under-listed position with competent, experienced and dedicated individuals;

Position: REGIONAL MANAGER (To be based in Abuja)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
·         Be responsible for general administration
·         Develop and ensure the implementation of an effective marketing and sales plan for the region
·         Develop and implement a robust and effective marketing communication campaign for the region
·         Drive and coordinate all marketing activities of the region
·         Grow and sustain market share of the region
·         Oversee member services activities and client relationship management
·         Coordinate marketing of health plans to private and public organizations
REQUIREMENTS:
·         First degree in any discipline with a minimum of 2nd class lower Division
·         A Medical Doctor with MBBS or MBCHB degree will be an added advantage
·         Possession of an MBA or a postgraduate degree in any management field
·         Professional qualification in marketing or management will be an advantage
·         Minimum of 7 years post qualification experience with 3 years in a senior management position in HMO, Insurance or Banking sector
·         Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written English language
·         Must be a team player, able to build and maintain effective and collaborative sales and marketing network
·         Must be able to take responsibility and demonstrate high level of integrity in dealing with all stakeholders


Position: CARE COORDINATOR (Abuja)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
·         Oversee healthcare provider network development and management
·         Oversee care coordination, provider relations, claim administration, and wellness programmes
·         Oversee member services activities and client relationship management
·         Assist in the marketing of health plans to private and public organization
REQUIREMENTS:
·         A Medical Doctor with MBBS or MBCHB degree
·         Possession of an MBA or MPH will be an advantage
·         Minimum of 2 years experience as a Medical Doctor
