Factory Manager: Bachelor’s degree or HND in technology
The Factory Manager is
responsible for general supervision of all phases of plant operations including
production, quality control, maintenance, receiving, and shipping. Responsibilities
also involve in recruiting, hiring and training personnel and facility
/physical plant up – keep

Able to work on his own and as a team member.

Possess good interpersonal and communication,
good time management and planning skills
·
Strong knowledge of production machinery and
engineering drawings
·
Ability to solve complex manufacturing problems
and ability to influence and have strong accountability.

Experience of 5 or more years in related field

Factory Cost
Accountant:-Bachelor’s degree or HND in Accounting / Finance
The cost accountant position is
accountable for the ongoing analysis of process constraints, target costing margin
analysis, and tracing costs back to underlying activities. The cost accountant
must also construct and monitor those cost-effective date accumulation systems
needed to provide an appropriate level of costing information to management. He
is also responsible for all account payables and receivables.

Ability to apply knowledge of generally Accept
Accounting Principles and cost Accounting Standards
·
Must be able to adapt to new and different
computer programs and software to enable efficient data gathering and analysis
·
Ability to research, compile, analyze and
interpret cost data with good written, verbal communication and collaborative
skills
·
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
products with ability to analyze and reconcile complex accounts and reserves
·
Strong organizational collaborative skills and
ability to work independently under minimal supervision
·
Experience of 3 or more years in related field
is an additional advantage.
Administrative
Manager:- Bachelor’s
degree or HND in Arts and Social Sciences
Plan, direct, or coordinate
supportive services of the company, such as record keeping, mail distribution,
telephone operator/receptionist, and other office support services. Ensures personnel
well-being, safety and security of the factory and work place sanitation. Take care
of all logistics services of the company and its workers.

The candidate should be conversant with good HR
practices and full knowledge of the statutory laws like Factory’s act, Minimum
wages Act, Labour Laws and other regulations.
·
Experience of 4 or more years in related field
is an added advantage.
Sales Manager:-
A University degree or HND in Marketing or Business Studies is preferred; or
OND with a minimum of seven years of related experience
Manage sale of the company’s
products and services within a defined geographical area, ensures consistent,
profitable growth in Sales revenue through positive planning, deployment and
management of sales personnel. Identifies objectives, strategies and action
plans to improve short – and long – term sales and earnings

Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information
·
Excellent oral and written communication skills,
plus a good working knowledge of Microsoft office suite is required
·
Proven ability to motivate and lead the sales
team with experience in developing marketing and sales strategies
·
A valid driver’s license
