Position: FRONT OFFICE:
FRONT OFFICE MANAGER: in addition to other requirements must have
at least five years experience in a similar position in luxury hotel; extensive
experience in the OPERA suite of Hotel Management systems, and other front
office systems and be able to be involved in the recruitment, induction and
training of all Front office staff.

Position: FOOD AND
BEVERAGE:
FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGER: In addition to other requirements must
have at least five years experience in a similar position in a luxury hotel offering
an extensive food and Beverage service, including buffet, al a carte and fine- dining,
banqueting, room service and an elegant cocktail Bar. Proof of experience in innovative
beverage and dining menu creation, working with our Executive Chef, will be
required. Experience in the Micro POS system will be required.
The successful incumbent will
be involved in the recruitment, induction and training of all the food and
beverage staff.

high level of administration skills.

MARKETING MANAGER: Will require at least three years experience and
a proven record of success in a similar position in a luxury hotel.
Position: MAINTENANCE
MAINTENANCE MANAGER: Will hold an appropriate qualification or
certification in engineering skills relevant to the commissioning, ongoing and
preventative maintenance of the equipment and services inherent in a modern
hotel building.
Position: SECURITY:
SECURITY MANAGER: Will have worked in the security industry and
have experience in the supervision, planning and implementation of security
services in a hospitality environment.
