VACANCIES AT A LUXURY HOTEL

REQUIREMENTS:
We are looking for people who are warm, engaging, excellent communicators, fluent in English and other languages in frequent use.
Senior and managerial positions will require people with qualifications from a recognized Hospitality Training Institute or Equivalent tertiary institute and cognate experience in similar establishments. A very strong emphasis will placed on applicants for all positions who display a high aptitude for providing service excellence and be willing, eager and able to be trained to our discerning standards. The following vacancies are open to candidates with the right profile, qualification and experience.
 Position: FRONT OFFICE:
FRONT OFFICE MANAGER: in addition to other requirements must have at least five years experience in a similar position in luxury hotel; extensive experience in the OPERA suite of Hotel Management systems, and other front office systems and be able to be involved in the recruitment, induction and training of all Front office staff.

Position: FOOD AND BEVERAGE:
FOOD AND BEVERAGE MANAGER: In addition to other requirements must have at least five years experience in a similar position in a luxury hotel offering an extensive food and Beverage service, including buffet, al a carte and fine- dining, banqueting, room service and an elegant cocktail Bar. Proof of experience in innovative beverage and dining menu creation, working with our Executive Chef, will be required. Experience in the Micro POS system will be required.
The successful incumbent will be involved in the recruitment, induction and training of all the food and beverage staff.

 Position: KITCHEN BRIGADE:
Senior will have received the appropriate training and experience in similar position in kitchens of an international standard.

 Position: HOUSEKEEPING:
EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER: Should have at least three years experience in luxury hotel, preferably as a housekeeper, or Head Housekeeper level. Must be experienced in the processes required to operate an in-house laundry and have a high level of administration skills.

Position: MARKETING:
MARKETING MANAGER: Will require at least three years experience and a proven record of success in a similar position in a luxury hotel.
 Position: MAINTENANCE
MAINTENANCE MANAGER: Will hold an appropriate qualification or certification in engineering skills relevant to the commissioning, ongoing and preventative maintenance of the equipment and services inherent in a modern hotel building.
Position: SECURITY:
SECURITY MANAGER: Will have worked in the security industry and have experience in the supervision, planning and implementation of security services in a hospitality environment.
