VACANCIES IN DELIVERY/LOGISTICS COMPANY

Our client, a foremost Express Delivery/ Logistics Company with offices Nationwide, and a Clientele base that cut across all sector of the economy is in search of the right candidates to fill the following jobs opening:

1)      HEAD OF OPERATIONS – HOO 001

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Direct and coordinate operational activities consistent with the Organizational goals.

·         Review and implement criteria, applications instructions, procedural manuals, policies and standards in line with operations requirements

·         Direct country wide supervision of the entire operation team, etc.

2)      OPERATIONS MANAGER – OPM 002

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Manage Hub, Ground physical operations nationwide

·         Implement criteria, instructions, procedural manuals, policies and standards in line with operations requirements

·         Coordinate daily routine pick-ups and maintenance of proper and accurate documentation.

·         Ensure effective and timely delivery of intra-city and on-forwarding location consignments nationwide, etc.

General requirements:

·         First Degree or equivalent in related discipline. Possession of a professional qualification and/or master’s degree will be an added advantage

·         Age; Not above 45 years for the position of Head of Operations and 40 years for Operations Manager

·         Must have minimum of 10 years related experience for head of Operations and 5 years for Operation Manager in the Express/ Logistics industry

·         Possess strong people management skills
