1.	GENERAL SURGEON	Fellow of the west Africa College of Surgeon (FWACS) or Fellow of the National Post – graduate College of Nigeria (Surgery) or Equivalent Qualification.
2.	PAEDIATRICIANS	Fellow of the west Africa College of Physicians (Paediatrics) or Fellow of the National Post – graduate College of Nigeria (Paediatrics) or Equivalent Qualification.
3.	MEDICAL OFFICERS FOR THE POSITION OF MEDICAL OFFICER II	MBBS from a recognized University, Post NYSC and fully Registered with MDCN
4.	HOUSE OFFICERS	MBBS or BOS from recognized University. Provisional Registration with MCDN
5.	PUPIL PHARMACISTS	B.Pharm from a recognized University
6.	INTERN MEDICAL LABORATORY SCENTISTS	B.SC Medical Laboratory Science from a recognized University and an induction ltter from the Council
