VACANCIES IN MICROFINANCE BANK

The following vacancies exist in a Microfinance Bank located in Abuja

Position: HEAD, ENTERPRISE RISK MANAGEMENT:

Qualifications/ Requirements:

Minimum of first degree or its equivalent in Banking /Finance, Accounting or Marketing, with a minimum of 7 years which must be in Risk / Credit department of a Microfinance Bank or in a related industries. Post graduate qualifications in a related field and microfinance certification will be an added advantage. Should be informed on current financial applications and may have professional qualification

Position: EXPERIENCED CREDIT ANALYSTS:

Qualifications/Requirements:

Minimum of first degree or its equivalent in Economics, Marketing, Banking/Finance or related field with a minimum of 5 years Banking experience in a Credit Risk Unit of Microfinance Bank or in Commercial bank. Microfinance certification and relevant professional qualification will be added advantage.

 Position: HEAD, HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT:

Qualifications/Requirements:

Minimum of first degree or its equivalent in Personnel Management, Management or related field with a minimum of 7 years cognate experience in staff/people Management in Microfinance Bank or related industry. Post graduate qualification and microfinance certification will be an added advantage. Should be informed on current personnel Management applications and may have professional qualifications

Position: HEAD, EXCLUSIVE BANKING UNIT:

Qualifications/Requirements:

Minimum of first degree or its equivalent in Economics, Marketing, Banking/Finance, Management or related field with a minimum of 7 years Banking experience in a Microfinance Bank or in Commercial bank or related industry. Microfinance certification and relevant professional qualification will be added advantage

Position: HEAD, AGRICULTURAL DESK:

Qualifications/Requirement:

Minimum of first degree in Agricultural or related field of study with a minimum of 5 years  experience in Agricultural Desk Unit of Microfinance Bank or in Commercial bank or related industry.

 Position: TREASURY OFFICERS:

Qualifications/Requirements:

Minimum of first degree in Economics, Accounting, Banking/Finance or related field with a minimum of 7 years Banking experience in a Treasury Unit of Microfinance Bank, Commercial bank or related industry. Knowledge of money market, Microfinance certification and relevant professional qualification will be added advantage.

Position: CREDIT AND MARKETING OFFICERS:

Qualifications/Requirements:

Minimum of first degree or its equivalent in Economics, Marketing, Banking/Finance, Management or related field with a minimum of 3 years Banking experience in a Microfinance Bank, Commercial bank or related industry.
