VACANCIES IN PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT COMPANY

A property Development Company based in Lagos have employment vacancies for the following positions on the Island

Position: PLUMBERS:

Candidates must be skilled with relevant technical degrees and at least 4 years experience in the building maintenance and construction industry, also installation and repair of sanitary wares; wc, hidden cisten, shower cabin and steam rooms, bathhubs and jaccuzies. Air condition repair and installation.

Position: AC TECHNICIANS:

Candidates must possess relevant University degree or HND with 3-5 years experience and must have demonstrated ability to diagnose, identify and rectify faults in electrical appliances in addition to proficiency in the repairs and installation of air conditions and refrigerators

Position: RECEPTIONIST:

Candidates must possess relevant University degree or HND with 3-5 years experience. Candidate must be proficient in the use of Microsoft  office programs. Candidates within the Lekki axis and Mainland are welcome

Position: SALES STAFF AND MARKETERS:

Professional qualification in marketing and at least 3 years on the field marketing experience in building materials and sanitary wares are a pre-requisite for consideration. All candidates must be resident within the Lekki –Aja axis

Position: ACCOUNTANTS:

Candidates must possess B.A/ HND in Accounting with 5 years practical experience in accounting. Candidates must possess practical knowledge of accounting software such as SAGE, QUIKBOOKS. Core duties are maintenance of Bank, sales and purchase ledgers and credit contract

Position: ELECTRICAL TECHNICIANS:

Candidates must possess a relevant University degree or HND with 3-5 years experience in the field. Also candidates must be proficient in electrical installation, generator maintenance and the maintenance of electrical appliances

Position: DRIVERS

Candidates must be professional driver and must have 3-5 years minimum experience in driving and reside within Lagos area. All candidates must be resident within the Lekki-Ajah axis.

Position; GARDENER:

Candidates must be professional gardener with at least 3-5 years minimum experience in horticulture. And candidate must be based within reasonable area accessible to Ikoyi. All candidates must be resident within Lekki-Ikoyi/Mainland axis.

Position: CLEANERS;

Candidates must have 3-5 years minimum experience and candidates must be based within reasonable area accessible to Ikoyi.

Position: HANDYMAN/INSTALLATION ENGINEER:

Candidates must possess OND in a relevant discipline and at least 3 years hands on practical experience/cognate installing sanitary wares and furniture. Air condition repair and installations, inbuilt oven, fridgers, washing machine /driers, gas hob and cooker hood, generator repair and installation
