VACANCIES AT TAYLEK DRUGS COMPANY LTD

Our Company, a key player in the pharmaceutical industry with head office in Lagos, requires for immediate employment, result oriented individuals to fill the following vacant positions in our marketing and sales department.

 Position: REGIONAL MANAGER

The ideal candidate will be responsible for regional sales and collection budgets, performance and development of the territory Manager and Medical representatives. He/ She will be based in Eastern Nigeria.

DESIRES SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

·         A bachelor’s degree in pharmacy (B.Pharm) and duly registered with PCN, an MBA will be an added advantage.

·         Have 5 - 8 years working experience in marketing and sales of pharmaceuticals, with a minimum of 2 years as an Area/District/Territory Manager.

·         Proven track record of consistent sales and coaching success

·         Ability to develop sound business plans and meet and/or exceed corporate sales goals

·         Motivate others to perform to their highest potentials

·         Valid driving license with at least five years driving experience

·         Sound working knowledge of computer on MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and excellent presentation skills.

Position: TERRITORY MANAGER

The successful candidate will be charged with the challenge of firmly establishing the company’s brand among the health care professionals by providing effective leadership for the team of Medical and sales Representatives in his/her territory. He/ She will be based in Eastern Nigeria.

DESIRES SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

·         A bachelor’s degree in pharmacy (B.Pharm) and duly registered with PCN.

·         Have 5 years working experience in marketing and sales of pharmaceuticals, with a minimum of 2 years as an Area/District/Territory Manager.

·         Good track record of achievements in previous employment

·         Ability to develop sound business plans and meet and/or exceed corporate sales goals

·         Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

·         Self-confident , result oriented and possession of good managerial skills

·         Valid driving license with at least three years driving experience

·         Sound working knowledge of computer on MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and excellent presentation skills.
