VACANCIES AT A PLASTIC PRODUCTION INDUSTRY

We are an indigenous Conglomerate with diverse interest in Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, Mining and Trading. As a result of ongoing expansion in our Plastic and Automobile Industry, there is an urgent need to strengthen its workforce to cope with the challenges arising from this development. Therefore we are looking for self-driven, experienced and qualified Professionals to fill the following positions:

Position: MECHANICAL ENGINEER – REF A01 (Location Nnewi)

REQUIREMENTS;

·         B.ENG/HND in Mechanical Engineering

·         Minimum of 5 years hands on experience in a manufacturing sector.

·         Ability to study and troubleshoot the hydraulic circuits

·         Knowledge of PM and Predictive Maintenance Activities

·         Knowledge of operation and Maintenance of Diesel Gen sets

·         Good Analytical skills

·         Good leadership qualities

·         Experience in plastic machine like injection and Blow machine will be an advantage

Position: ELECTRICAL ENGINEERS- REF A02 (Location Nnewi)

REQUIREMENTS:

·         B.ENG/HND in Mechanical Engineering

·         Minimum of 5 years hands on experience in a manufacturing sector.

·         Ability to study and troubleshoot the Control circuits (ELC & PLC)

·         Knowledge of operation and Maintenance of Diesel Gen sets

·         Good Analytical skills

·         Good leadership qualities

·         Experience in plastic machine like injection and Blow machine will be an advantage

Position: QUALITY CONTROL OFFICER – REF A03 (Location Nnewi)

REQUIREMENTS:

·         First Degree/HND in a related discipline, Biochemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Science Lab Tech and others.

·         Minimum of 2 years of cognate experience in Manufacturing firm

·         Ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative tests on samples

·         Ability to conduct investigations and experiments regarding product quality improvement

·         Good knowledge of safety and environmental policies and procedures

Position: HSE OFFICER – REF A04 (Location Nnewi)

REQUIREMENTS:

·         First Degree/HND in Engineering Sciences and related discipline

·         Minimum of 2 years cognate experience in the Manufacturing sector

·         Good knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety regulations.

·         Good knowledge of State and Federal Govt. laws for Manufacturing environment

·         Knowledge of first Aid therapy

·         Good documentation skills

·         Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

Position: MATERIAL MANAGER – REF A05 (Location Nnewi)

REQUIREMENTS:

·         First Degree/HND in Chemical/Polymer Engineering Sciences and related discipline

·         Minimum of 2 years cognate experience in the Manufacturing sector

·         Good Analytical skills

·         Good planning and organizational skills

Position: MARKETING OFFICERS – REF A06 (Location Nnewi)

REQUIREMENTS:                      

·         B.SC/HND in marketing, Arts,  Business, Sciences and Social sciences

·         Minimum of 2 years Post graduate Experience

·         Sound knowledge of Marketing

·         Must have good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

·         Must be creative and have good analytical skills

·         Experience in plastic and accessories Marketing will be an added advantage

Position: FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT – REF A07 (Location Nnewi)

REQUIREMENTS:

·         First  degree / HND in Accountancy, Finance, Economic or related discipline

·         Minimum of 7 years cognate experience in Manufacturing sector.

·         Relevant Professional Certification e.g ACA, ACCA

·         Knowledge of IFRS is an advantage

Position: STORE OFFICER – REF A08 (Location Nnewi)

REQUIREMENTS:

·         First Degree / HND in Store Management and related discipline

·         Minimum of 2 years cognate experience in the Manufacturing sector

·         Ability to produce daily stock reports for production planning

·         Knowledge of stock compartmentalization

·         Good knowledge of store operations

Position: FACTORY TECHNICIANS – REF A09 (Location Nnewi)

REQUIREMENTS:

·         OND, NBTE, TRADE TEST – Mechanical and Electrical

·         Minimum of 10 years experience in the Manufacturing sector

·         Experience in Boiler operations (Mechanical)

·         Ability to carry out maintenance of machine and Gen sets without supervision

·         Experience in plastic machines like injection and blow machine will be advantage
