VACANCIES IN BAKERY INDUSTRY

A well-established indigenous company is expanding its operations into bakery business and therefore requires the following key personnel to man its operations.

·         PRODUCTION / BAKERY MANAGER

Experienced Production Manager / Baker Manager is required in a rapidly expanding industrial bakery in Lagos

The successful candidates will be responsible for the day-to-day production, make sure that targets are met, as well as playing key role in working to achieve the highest standard in quality, food safety, and sanitation for all products produced in the bakery

The Ideal Candidates must have the following Key Attributes:

Ø  Managerial experience, ideally in the fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry

Ø  An ability to work proactively to meet the demand and pressure of a fast moving environment

Ø  Excellent people management skill

Qualifications:

·         B.SC/HND  Food Technology from a reputable institution. Candidate with lower qualification but with several years experience can also apply

·         Minimum of 5 years experience can also apply

·         Age 35 years and above.

·         SALES MANAGER

This is the ideal role for a professional with a background gained within the food sector. Candidates must possess a B.SC degree in Business Management or related business degree. To be considered for this position, you must have a proven track record in sales. You must also have experience gained with the food industry from the bakery sector. As a sales Manager you must have strong influencing and negotiating skills.

·         ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT

The ideal candidate must possess a B.SC or HND in Accounting from a reputable institution of higher learning. Success in the early stages of ICAN will be an added advantage. The successful candidate must be computer literate and should be able to prepare final accounts, some experience in general administration is required.

·         SALES REPRESENTATIVES

Candidates aged between 26 – 35 years. Must possess B.SC degree in Marketing or Business Administration with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position. Successful candidates will be expected to achieve sales target. Candidates with lower qualifications but with several years experience can also apply.
