Our client, Boston Advisory Limited is a boutique investment –banking firm incorporated in Nigeria as an independent non-bank financial services institution. Boston is licensed by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Nigeria to conduct business as an Issuing House in the financial market space.

Position: MANAGING DIRECTOR/CEO (REF: MD/01)

Location:             Lagos, Nigeria

Reporting to:     The Board of Directors

The Person: Candidate must have a very deep and extensive experience in investment Banking with good understanding of relevant regulatory issues and ability to provide executive leadership and entrepreneurial drive to achieve set company objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

·         Provide executive leadership and drive the from through its growth phase

·         Responsible for the firm’s business strategy and operational decisions

·         Implement the boards decision monitor and report achievements and significant variances

·         Identify and develop strategic partnership with client and relevant regulatory authorities

·         Define brand values, generate revenue growth and expand the clientele and market base

·         Formulate and implement effective policies to drive best practices all through the company’s operations

·         Manage and maintain a well bonded teams to achieve optimum performance

·         Present a good representation of the company to the public, key stakeholders and business partners.

Required Qualifications:

·         A good degree in a business field

·         Master’s and Professional qualification(s) will be added advantage

·         Minimum of ten (10) years experience in investment banking

Position: HEAD, CORPORATE FINANCE (REF: HCF/01)

Location:             Lagos, Nigeria

Reporting to:     The Managing Director/CEO

The Role: Candidate will be responsible for sourcing and execution of clients for equity and debt capital sourcing, financial advisory and creating a business model that will extend the frontiers of the corporate finance team.

Job Responsibilities:

·         Develop and oversee Corporate finance/ M and A documentation, models and presentations including term sheet, business valuation models, teasers, information memoranda, etc

·         Solicit and advice clients on a wide range of investment banking transactions

·         Oversee deal structuring and execution

·         Develop relationships with existing and potential clients from initial negotiation to closure

·         Oversee and manage financial due diligence with respect to M and A and other strange investments and inquisition transactions.

 Required Qualifications:

·         A good degree in a business field

·         Master’s and Professional qualification(s) will be added advantage

·         Minimum of five (5) years of proven in successful debt or equity fund raising. M and A advisory, business valuation, financial due diligence and other area of investment banking

Competencies:

·         Comprehensive knowledge of financial markets and investment banking business

·         Ability to plan, execute and deliver on projects in a timely manner

·         Attention to details, organized and thorough with desire for continuous improvements

·         Technical computer skills advanced user and excellent spreadsheet modeling skills

·         Ability to drive ideas from concept to completion, work both independently and in a team

·         Ability to work in multifunctional environment under strict deadlines

·         Strong entrepreneurship drive and excellent managerial skills

·         Self-confidence, positive personality with strong interpersonal skills, good judgement and ability to make sound decisions

·         Superior financial modeling and analysis skills, including equity valuation.
