VACANCY FOR POSITION OF DRIVERS AT ACTIONAID NIGERIA

ActionAid Nigeria (AAN) is a not for profit, non –governmental entity registered with the Nigeria Corporate Affairs Commission. It commenced operation in Nigeria in 1999, while the programmatic operations commences in January 2000 through a country Agreement signed with the National Planning Commission of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

ActionAid is an Anti-poverty agency that prioritises works with the poor and excluded; promoting values and commitment in civil society, institutions and governments with the world. ActionAid Nigeria is an affiliate of ActionAid International Non-Governmental Organization registered in the Netherlands with its headquarters in Johannesburg South Africa. ActionAid International works in more than 40 countries in Africa, Asia, Europe and the Americas.

AAN is inviting application from qualified candidates to fill the following positions:

Position: DRIVERS, ABUJA & LAGOS (2 positions):

Person Specifications

Education/Qualifications:

·         GCE ‘O’ Level with minimum of 4 credits is essential.

Experience:

·         A minimum of three (3) years working experience preferably with an NGO is essential.

Skills/Abilities

·         Demonstrable computer skills is essential

·         Good knowledge of FRSC rules and guidelines is essential

Personal Qualities

·         Creative and takes initiative

·         Ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment

·         Willing and able to travel extensively.
