B.SC/HND in Marketing or Business Admin. And Master’s

5 years relevant experience in FMCG and 2 years
in similar position of management

Should possess good leadership, communication,
interpersonal, coaching, and selling skills.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for the achievement of global
targets.

Formulate sales/marketing strategies aimed at

sales target.

To prospect new Distributors and develop network
for the appointed distributor
·
To build and to maintain good relationship with
Distributors in assigned territory.
·
To monitor competition very closely to promptly
and concisely report competitor’s activities in assigned territory.

To ensure good spread and shelve presence of
company’s products in assigned territory
·
To generate field reports.

Position: MACHINE
OPERATOR:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
·
Maintain machine performance for proper running
of operation.
·
Optimized production and minimized wastage.
·
Keep record of material feed into the machine.
·
Clean and oil the machine prior to use if
required.
·
Operate the levers, gear and monitor the groups
of the machine.
·
To diagnose minor fault and carry out repairs,
if necessary.
·
Feed production materials into the machine to
maintain production level.
THE PERSON:
Ø
OND Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical
Engineering, NABTAB or City and Guide
Ø
1-2 years experience in an FMCG.
Ø
Good technical and analytical skills.
Ø Age range
between 23-28 years of age.
