VACANCIES IN LEADING MILK DRINK COMPANY



Due to business expansion of our operations, a leading milk drink company in Nigeria with a reputation for productions quality is seeking competent and sales driven professional to join our team. As we currently have existing opportunities available for:
SENIOR REGIONAL SALES MANAGER LAGOS:
THE PERSON:
Ø  B.SC/HND in Marketing or Business Admin. And Master’s degree/professional qualification an added advantage.
Ø  5 years relevant experience in FMCG and 2 years in similar position of management
Ø  Should possess good leadership, communication, interpersonal, coaching, and selling skills.
Ø  Should be proactive, honest, energetic, and passionate.
Ø  Should be between 35 - 40 years of age.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
·         Responsible for the achievement of global targets.
·         Formulate sales/marketing strategies aimed at market development.
·         Select from available action plan and monitor the execution
·         Monitor  industry environment/competitor’s activities and report to management
·         Arrange and ensure regular and sustained calls to key distribution channel members.
·         Assessing and training associates in identifying and developing viable market opportunities.

Position: REGIONAL SALES MANAGER (LAGOS AND ABUJA)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
·         To ensure the implementation of strategies that would enhance company’s growth in sales.
·         Achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
·         Establish sales channel and develop new distributor network
·         Preparation of rolling sales forecast for the next three months
·         Monitor  market activities competitor’s activities and report to management
·         Marketing activities according to company’s policy and budget
·         Maintain customer relation.
·         Monthly marketing report.
·         Coaching and developing sales skill and competence of associates.
THE PERSON:
Ø  B.SC/HND Social/Management Sciences.
Ø  3 years sales experience on the same position in an FMCG.
Ø  Should possess good leadership, communication, interpersonal, coaching, and selling skills.
Ø  Should be proactive, honest, energetic, and passionate.
Ø  Age range 28-33 years of age.
Position: SALES EXECUTIVES: (LAGOS, ASABA, ABUJA, AND IBADAN)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
·         Promote and sell company’s product to meet set targets
·         Achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales target.
·         To prospect new Distributors and develop network for the appointed distributor
·         To build and to maintain good relationship with Distributors in assigned territory.
·         To monitor competition very closely to promptly and concisely report competitor’s activities in assigned territory.
·         To ensure good spread and shelve presence of company’s products in assigned territory
·         To generate field reports.

THE PERSON:
Ø  B.SC/HND Social/Management Sciences.
Ø  1-2 years experience in the same position in an FMCG.
Ø  Good communication, interpersonal, and selling skills.
Ø  Should be proactive, honest, energetic, and passionate.
Ø  Age range 25-28 years of age.
Position: MACHINE OPERATOR:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
·         Maintain machine performance for proper running of operation.
·         Optimized production and minimized wastage.
·         Keep record of material feed into the machine.
·         Clean and oil the machine prior to use if required.
·         Operate the levers, gear and monitor the groups of the machine.
·         To diagnose minor fault and carry out repairs, if necessary.
·         Feed production materials into the machine to maintain production level.
THE PERSON:
Ø  OND Electrical/Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, NABTAB or City and Guide
Ø  1-2 years experience in an FMCG.
Ø  Good technical and analytical skills.
Ø  Age range between 23-28 years of age.
