VACANCIES IN AN INVESTMENT COMPANY

We are Investment Company with five companies in our portfolio with a valuation in excess of $20 Million. We are currently working with partners to raise our first private equity fund in excess of $100 Million. We have serveral more funds expected to follow and we hereby wish to invite application from suitably qualified persons for full time employment in the following position and location:

1.       Position: INVESTMENT ANALYST

Qualification: ACA, ACIB, CIMA, MBA (Accounting)

Location: Lagos

The Person:

·         1^st or 2^nd Class Upper product of a respected University.

·         Evidential track record of employment in top accounting firms or related disciples

Knowledge, Skill and Experience:

·         A minimum of 3 years in financial services investment experience

·         Proven ability to demonstrate high level professionalism, integrity and ethical values

·         Attention to details with high degree of accuracy and ability to manage time and project

·         Excellent decision making and problem solving skills

·         Excellent report writing and oral communication skills

·         Resilience and tenacity

·         Strong analytical skills and financial management

·         Willingness to be creative, resourceful and inspired

·         Strong organizational skills

·         Strong leadership skills

·         Self-directed and able to multitask

·         Proficient with computers and relevant software

1.       Position: INTERNAL CONTROL OFFICER

Qualification: HND, B.SC (Accounting)

Location: Lagos

Knowledge, Skill and Experience

·         A minimum of 2^nd Class Lower

·         Must have excellent computer skills (MS Office) and the ability to learn new systems/programs quickly

·         Proven ability to demonstrate high level professionalism, integrity and ethical values

·         Attention to details with high degree of accuracy and ability to manage time and project

·         Excellent decision making and problem solving skills

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·         Strong attention to detail

·         Strong analytical, investment and organizational  skills

·         Must be able to work sometimes long hours during the busy period

·         Ability to prioritize, handle pressure and responsibility, and work with deadlines strongly emphasized

·         Self-directed and able to multitask

·         Proficient with computers and relevant software

Position: DRIVER

Qualification: O’Level, ND

Location: Lagos

Knowledge, Skill and Experience:

·         Minimum of 3 years driving experience

·         Possession of valid driver’s license and LASTRID

·         Good understanding of Lagos road network and ability to drive interstate

·         Candidate must be between 30 and 45 years of age
