Position: SENIOR SALES
DIRECTOR
RESPONSIBILITIES
WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
·
Lead and develop the Sales team to support sales
strategies and to deliver profitable sales growth. Recommend and implement any
changes needed to align the sales organization with overall business strategy.
·
Assess sales staff to ensure effective
leadership, and appropriate staffing, structure, skill sets and training to
meet aggressive sales goals and evolving business needs.
·
Create and sustain effective collaborative
partnership with key Channel Partners.
·
Assess strengths and weaknesses of sales channel
partners, rehabilitating and/or upgrading where appropriate and filling
vacancies in key growth markets in support of global expansion plans.
·
Determine and implement the most appropriate
sales market structure to achieve revenue goals, secure new business
opportunities and win customers.
·
Work with Human Capital department to develop
and implement innovative incentive programs which align individual and sales
team compensation with goals and objectives.
·
Provide strategic direction for the overall
operations of various sales units to achieve business plans.
·
Advise on sales directions, competitors and
market trends, including technology trends.
QUALIFICATIONS,
EXPERIENCE, ATTRIBUTES AND SKILLS:
·
Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Business
Administration, Social Sciences, Engineering or any other related field
·
An MBA will be an added advantage.
·

·
Strong selling, presentation and negotiation
skills
·
Experience in establishing and building strong
collaborative business partnership with channel partners and End users
·
Above 45 years of age with minimum of 18 years
Sales experience, at least 8 years of which must be at senior sales management
position preferably in FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Banking and/or Telecommunication
industry.
·
Appreciable experience in enterprise sales will
be an advantage.
Position: CORPORATE
FINANCE DIRECTOR
RESPONSIBILITIES
WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
·
Loan syndication.
·
Leasing arrangements.
·
Provide investment advice, tactics and
recommendations
·
Taking primary role in the planning structuring
and execution of any capital rising, or M & A activity the company is
contemplating or actively engaged in.
·
Capital raising
·
Buying and selling of financial products
·
Monitor the group’s key financial performance
indicators based on approved forecasts; and regularly manage treasury/cash flow
plan across the group’s operating assets.
DESIRED SKILLS AND
EXPERIENCE:
·
Bachelor’s degree and professional accounting
qualification. MBA will be an advantage.
·
12-20 years’ relevant work experience in the
financial industry
·
Must have a good understanding of the energy and
services sectors, including business strategy and operations, processes,
revenue and cost components and drivers of the measures of proficiency and
return on investment for modeling purposes.
·
Work experience in an investment bank is
preferable, but not essential
·
Strong leadership and management experience
·
Must be able to multi-task and work closely with
individuals from a broad range of backgrounds
·
Candidate must be proficient in Excel, Word, and
Power-point applications; and must be able to prepare/review complex financial
models.
·
Must have strong numerical, verbal and
analytical competence

general human resources management in a corporate body with at least 8 years as

Proven successful track record of delivering
growth.

Strong selling and negotiation skills

professional selling and marketing, preferably in FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Banking
and/or Telecommunication industry.
·
Monitor and achieve sales budget.
·
