PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO GROUP CHAIRMAN/C.E.O

All interest candidates must possess the following:

·         HND/B.Sc in Social Sciences with a minimum of 5-7  years similar working experience

·         Must be a matures man within the age of 40-45 years

·         Must be practically social in nature, honest, and ready to travel at short notice

·         Must have local and international exposures

·         Must be familiar with Lagos and other states environs in Nigeria

·         Must be liberal, resourceful and a goal getter.

ESTATE MANAGER

All interest candidates must possess the following:

·         HND/B.Sc in Estate Management with a minimum of 7-10  years similar working experience in a reputable property company, member of COREN will be an added advantage

·         Must have good knowledged Agency and Property management

·         Must be experienced in Luxury flats of 5-10 floors

·         Must be matured and able to work without supervision

·         Must have the knowledge and ability to maintain good facilities for habitable environment.

SALES/MARKETING MANAGER

All interest candidates must possess the following:

·         HND/B.Sc in Marketing or any related field  with a minimum of 7-10  years sales/marketing of FMCG in a reputable organization experience in plastic product will be added advantage

·         Must have proof of work experience in a plastic industry for at least 7 years

·         Must be experienced in Luxury flats of 5-10 floors

·         Must be matured and able to work without supervision

·         Must be able to supervise and control a minimum of 10 workers as the team leader

·         Must have the ability to create and develop markets for new and existing products

·         Must have the initiative for sales drive  and monitor a given transaction to completion.

IMPORT CLEARING OFFICERS

All interest candidates must possess the following:

·         Must be matured man within the age of 35-40 years.

·          Must be an Ex-Custom Officer with a minimum of middle rank before retirement

·         Must be honest, diligent and hard working person

·         Must have minimum of 10 years’ relevant working experience in all areas of corporate clearing and forwarding.

·         Must be able to process Custom/Immigration issues/approvals

·         Must be responsible for the clearing of our row materials/machinery.
