VACANCIES IN A FAST GROWING CONSTRUCTION COMPANY



We are an infrastructure development company based in Lagos with on-going commercial infrastructure project in Abuja, Lagos and South-South region of Nigeria. As part of our expansion programme, we require the services of highly skilled individuals to join our team.

1.       BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER:
Qualification/Experience: Minimum of 5 years work experience with a reputable infrastructure development company with good academic background in Engineering or Social Sciences and MBA. (Good knowledge of excel and project/financial modeling required).


2.       ARCHTECT:
Qualification/Experience: Minimum of 5 years work experience with a reputable infrastructure/real estate development company. Professional membership of Nigeria Institute of Archtects will be an added advantage.
3.       QUANTITY SURVEYOR:
Qualification/Experience: Minimum of 5 years work experience with a reputable infrastructure development company with good first degree in Quantity Surveying and MS Project/Primaver proficiency.
4.       PROJECT MANAGER:
Qualification/Experience: Minimum of 5 years work experience with a reputable infrastructure / real estate development company with academic background in Engineering, Project Management Certification and MS Project and other related software proficiency.
5.       CONTRACT MANAGER:
Qualification/Experience: Minimum of 5 years work experience with a reputable infrastructure development company with good academic background in Engineering or Social Sciences and MBA. (Good knowledge of excel and project/financial modeling required).

6.        ACCOUNTANT:
Qualification/Experience: Minimum of 5 years work experience with a reputable accounting firm/accounting background with a B.SC, MBA in Accounting. Any professional accounting qualification will be an added advantage.
