RESEARCH AND PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (REF: RPO 01)
The Research and Development Officer will be responsible for research activity within the company. This involves coordinating research and management of team or teams involved in innovation, for theoretical research to new product development in line with the company’s strategic vision in order to develop new products. Key responsibilities will be to:
·         Conduct a thorough study prior to the development of a new product, determining product specification, and production cost and production time line in order to evaluate the need for the product before the design begins to ensure it meets customer requirements

·         Research and develop new product in conformity with the company’s strategy vision in order to meet projected targets
·         Create requirement and generate ideas to serve as product guidelines and regulatory specification in accordance with customer’s anticipated need in order to ensure an efficient and effective product development process
·         Perform regular evaluation and updates of the company’s product to ensure they are functional and in conformity with customer’s requirement in order to meet expectations.
·         Research and analyse new trends within the industry in line with global standards so as to remain competitive in the technology market
·         Ensure research and propose new business initiatives in conformity with the company’s strategic vision to ensure continuous growth
Key Requirements:
·         B.SC in Computer Science or related field
·         Minimum of 3 years work experience in Research environment of an IT related company
·         Experience in writing concept note and proposals for research or projects
·         Project management institute (PMI) membership would be an added advantage
SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER (REF: SDE 02)
Reporting to the Head, Software Development, the successful candidate will plan analyze and develop software applications, using best practices and state of the art tool and architectural standards, while providing second level support to exciting products and solutions, in order to meet client specifications and standards. Key responsibilities will be to:
·         Execute software development projects in line with company approved plans, processes and guideline in order to achieve set project objectives
·         Participate with other team members to build highly responsible solutions and capabilities that empower businesses
·         Provide an efficient second level support and improvements in line with company guidelines and objectives aimed at providing adequate technical support to the business process
·         Work collaboratively with other team members in line with the departmental standard Operating procedures in other to minimize maintenance requirements
·         Ensure the successful deployment of developed applications in partnership with systems and Network department, in line with the departmental standard operating procedures in order to achieved set objectives.
Key Requirements:
·         Experience in Microsoft.NET (C#, ASP.NET), MVC 4 Patters, JavaScript, JQuery, JQuery Mobile, HTML, CSS, WCF, Web Services (SOAP, RESTful), SQL, Server, JSON, XML.
·         Experience in service-oriented Archtecture (SOA), OOAD, Multithreading and Background service.
·         Working knowledge of UML, Use Cases, MSMQ, Database Design and Modeling.
·         Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Quality Assurance
·         Basic knowledge of Business intelligence and /or Microsoft SharePoint, and Mobile Apps Development.
·         Minimum of 5 years programming experience
SOFTWARE TESTING OFFICER (REF: STO 03
The Software Testing Officer is responsible for assessing and ensuring the accuracy and quality of software applications developed for the company’s clients by detecting software flaws and suggesting solutions in line with the industry’s most effective testing framework in order to ensure efficiency and high performance of the applications key responsibilities will be to:
·         Analyze the Business functional, Technical and user interface (UI) requirement of the project in line with standards operating procedures in order to produce interface and database design accurately
·         Prepare test scenarios, test data and test cases in conformity with agree procedures in order to produce a test plan document
·         Run test processes against an application in line with already developed test plan and according to procedures to achieve efficient and effective tests.
·         Report all flaws and bugs to the software development team for resolution within the stipulated timeframe and offers suggestions to the quality of the application so as to produce accurately logged reports
·         Collaborate with the software development team in line with the user requirements to ensure that all bugs discovered are promptly resolved so that other functions/process are not affected negatively
·         Log and track defects discovered during test execution in accordance with agreed procedures to log in and report observed defects which would be used for corrective action
·         Evaluate and propose innovative technological ideas to carry out testing of application within acceptable frameworks in order to achieve procedure and process improvements
Key Requirements:
·         B.SC in Computer Science or related field
·         Working experience of Load and Performance Testing, knowledge of SDLC as well as various software testing methodologies.
·         Understanding of software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Quality Assurance International Software Testing Quality (ISTQB)-Foundation level
·         Minimum of 2 years experience in similar position
·         Excellent communication skills
 INTERNAL AUDITOR (REF: IA 04)
To provide professional financial service in support of the CEO’s office for the continuous review and appraisal of the internal control systems and audit of daily transactions in line with company and legal requirements and according to procedures and work instructions to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the company’s internal audit functions. Key responsibilities will be to:
·         Prepare and obtain authorization for the annual program of audit activities according to company requirement and established professional practice resulting in approved annual audit plan
·         Plan and execute internal audit activities in line with professional practices and company requirements to prevent the occurrence of fraud within company operations or its early detection
·         Carry out investigations on matters referred for internal audit according to instructions and established professional conduct to provide the CEO with accurate and reliable information on such matters
·         Carry out audit operations (e.g ICT systems, financial records, assets or operations) all aspects of the company’s business according to professional guidelines and company procedure to ensure the effectiveness of the internal audit function
·         Coordinate and execute all the activities requires in the production and distribution of the company’s annual report according to legal and company requirements to support the successful convention of the annual general meeting.
Key Requirements:
·         A B.SC in Accounting or other related discipline
·         Advance degrees in Management and Administrative disciplines would be an added advantage
·         Membership of relevant professional bodies such as Institution of Internal Audit, ICAN, ACCA will be an added advantage
·         A minimum of seven (7) years cognate experience with at least four (4) years experience in a corporate planning and strategic management role
·         Knowledge of IFRS and GAAP
FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT (REF: FA 05)
To provide professional accounting service, and support to the Head of finance according to business requirements. In accordance to statutory obligations to ensure that the objectives of the company’s Finance department are met. Key responsibilities will be to:
·         Prepare reports and analysis to appraise the company’s investment activities according to instructions and company requirements to provide monthly accurate and timely information for management decision making
·         Compile and prepare periodic budget draft and proposals using instrumentation projected by the approved company strategy and basic assumptions for the period under review with all accurately prepared budget drafts are prepared on time.
·         Collate all necessary data and prepared the company monthly payroll according to requirements and statutory regulations
·         Compute all fiscal and statutory obligations and presents for approval in line with high requirements so that all statutory remittances to both Local and Federal are rendered fully and in a timely manner
·         Contribute by providing underlying data for the preparation of strategic and long -term Business Plans according to company’s requirement and instructions to ensure that the company’s overall company business plans and objectives are prepared accurately. 
·         Develop financial risk management options and alert the Head of Finance weekly and in line with company requirements to protect the company’s 
·         Post and make data entries to the company’s accounting software in line with requirements and instructions to ensure that the company’s daily financial transactions are posted promptly and accurately
·         Ensure timely and periodic preparation of management and financial report in accordance to the existing rules and regulations.
Key Requirements:
·         B.SC in Accounting
·         Minimum of 3-5 years experience in similar position
·         Must be a Chartered Accountant
·         Knowledge of (IFRS) will be an added advantage
