VACANCIES IN AN ESTATE SURVEYING AND EVALUATION FIRM



Exciting career opportunities exist in an Estate Surveying and Evaluation Firm for energetic, intelligent, and highly result oriented individuals with enthusiastic approach to learning to fill the following positions:
TRAINEE ESTATE SURVEYORS:
QUALIFICATION: B.SC degree or HND (Upper credit) in Estate Management and other related fields with a minimum of second class/ upper credit from an approved institution of higher learning.
·         Must have good Numeric ability
·         Must possess excellent communication skills
·         Must be self-motivated to embark on assignments
·         Candidates must be interested in Real Estate Development and Valuation practice
·         Must be able to work independently

SENIOR ESTATE SURVEYORS:
QUALIFICATION: Candidates must have the above state qualification and grades and in addition must have good management and negotiating skills.
·         Must have good leadership and managerial qualities
·         Must have headed a branch or unit of a reputable Estate Firm for a minimum of two years
·         Must have at least 8 years cognate experience in practice
·         An associate member of NIESV is an added advantage
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
QUALIFICATION: B.SC degree or HND (Upper credit) in Estate and other related fields with a minimum of second class/ upper credit from an approved institution of higher learning.
·         Must have flair for marketing
·         Must have knowledge of Estate Surveying and Evaluation practice.
HR MANAGER:
QUALIFICATION: Must have B.SC degree or HND (Upper credit) in Human Resource /Personnel Management or Business Administration from an approved institution of higher learning.
·         Must have good leadership and managerial qualities
·         Must have good knowledge of HR policies
·         Vast knowledge of all government  policies employment and human resources
·         Must have at least 5 years work experience in human resources practice.
ADMIN ASSISTANT:
QUALIFICATION: Must have B.SC degree or HND (Upper credit) in any discipline from an approved institution of higher learning.
·         Must have a good knowledge of HR and Administration.
·         Vast in the use of computer application
·         Able to work under pressure
