would like to announce a new vacant position in the capacity of National Sales
Manager
1.
NATIONAL SALES MANAGER: CODE: NSM/001)
Job Summary: To build and
maintain a high performance sales organization to effectively achieve business
objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
i.
Create and implement effective sales strategies
and lead nationwide sales personnel towards achievement of corporate sales
objectives
ii.
Develop competencies s and processes required to
create an effective and efficient sales organization
iii.
Provide leadership through effective
communication of vision, active coaching and development while comparing sales
results to goals and taking appropriate action to correct when necessary
iv.
Provide sales management, budget control,
compensation programs and incentive planning
v.
Ensure effective hiring, orientation, training,
development and retention of sales staff
vi.
Provide supervision through field visits,
observations and measurement of results to include performance appraisals and
salary reviews
vii.
Proactively identify changes in market
structure, delivery systems, and competitive pressures to develop and modify
strategies and tactics accordingly
viii.
Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales
forecasts
ix.
Partner with the Manager-corporate and strategic
Accounts in the development of key customer relationship management
x.
Establish effective relationships and
collaborations with other departments (Marketing, trade Marketing, Finance,
Customer service, etc.) to address key business issues and opportunities
xi.
Maintain competitive knowledge to create and
adjust sales strategies.
Qualifications:
i.
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business) and 8 years in
similar industry with at least 3 years in similar position
ii.
Skills: Experience and success in recruiting and
retaining a high performance sales team and a demonstrated ability to lead and
manage a diverse sales team
iii.
Solid understanding of the beverage market and
RTM
iv.
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales plans
v.
Proven business analysis and judgment with the
ability to proactively manage business and P and L to meet objectives.
vi.
Demonstrated ability to professionally develop
and coach team members.
vii.
Strategy development, project management,
problem solving, and change management skills
viii.
Exceptional negotiation skills
ix.
Ability to build positive working relationships,
both internally and externally
x.
Demonstrated string oral and written
communication skills
