Manager

MARKETING MANAGER: CODE: MM/002)
Job Summary: Responsible for
developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet agreed company
objectives
To evaluate customer research,
market conditions, and competitor data and implement marketing plan alterations
as needed.
To oversees all marketing, advertising
and promotional staff and activities.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
i.
Assume overall responsibility for developing the
annual marketing plan for the organization, for strategic market planning,
market research programs and control of the marketing budget
ii.
Leads the creation of the category strategy for
the company and ensures it drives a profitable growth
iii.
Overall responsibility for brand management and
corporate identity
iv.
Establishes marketing goals to ensure share of
market and profitability of products
v.
Challenges channel and customer plans to fully
support brand building and other brand and portfolio objectives
vi.
Conducts yearly portfolio performance analysis
to ensure sustainable growth in profits, volume and value share
vii.
Ensures portfolio strategy is incorporated into
the channel, RTM and customer strategy.
i.
Challenges brand strategy to ensure on-going
consumer preference.
Qualifications:
a.
Minimum Education and Experience: Bachelor’s
degree in Marketing (preferable MBA) and
8-10 years in similar industry with at least 4 years in similar position
b.
Skills: Solid understanding of the beverage
market.
c.
Excellent presentation skills
d.
Demonstrated strong oral and written
communication skills
