VACANCIES IN LEADING CONSULTING OUTFIT IN LAGOS



A Leading Consulting Outfit based in Lagos is looking for qualified persons to fill the following positions:
(A)   ENVIRONMENTAL SCIENCE:
1)      Ecologist  (Wildlife and Vegetation)
2)      GIS and Land use expert
3)      Socio-Economist
4)      Hydro-biologist
5)      Air Quality Studies and Dispersion Modeling expert

Qualification: B.SC with a minimum of Second class lower division in any of the following Discipline; Zoology, Chemistry, Botany, Biochemistry, Geology, Sociology, Micro-biology, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Management, Geography/GIS. Possession of M.SC degree and /or any other relevant qualification /certification will be added advantage.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years practical experience in any (or combination) of the following areas; Environmental impact Assessment, Environmental Audit, Environmental Evaluation studies, Environmental and Social Impact Assessment, Environmental Monitoring Plan, Environmental baseline Studies etc.
(B)   ENGINEERING:
1)      Electrical Engineer: a Protection, Control and Metering Expert with minimum of seven (7) years experience in installation, testing and operations. Must be a COREN registered.
2)      Mechanical Engineer: with a minimum of seven (7) years cognate experience in Power Plant design, Testing, Construction and Operation. Must be a COREN Registered.
3)      Civil Engineer: with a minimum of seven (7) years cognate experience in Power Plant design, Testing, Construction and Operation. Must be a COREN Registered.
4)      Health and Safety Expert: with a minimum of seven years experience , must be duly registered with Institute of Safety Professional of Nigeria (ISPON) or its equivalent.
Qualification: B.SC or HND with a minimum of Second Class Lower. M.SC and ICT experience is an added advantage.
