VACANCIES IN FAST GROWING PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY



Our company, a process driven, rapidly, expanding pharmaceutical company with a wide range of pharmaceutical/health care products is seeking to recruit career minded, target driven, focused, experienced and honest professionals to fill the following vacancies in our establishment.
1, NATIONAL SALES MANAGER
2, REGIONAL MANAGERS
3, MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVES
1.       NATIONAL SALES MANAGER:
Reporting to the Managing Director; the successful applicant will:
a)      Formulate and implement sales and marketing policies for the company
b)      Responsible for achieving the national sales target of the company
c)       Supervise and monitor the national sales team.

REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants seeking to apply for the post of National Sales Manager 9NSM) must;
i.                     Possess a minimum of first degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm/Pharm.D) from a reputable institution. An MBA will be an added advantage
ii.                   Possess a minimum of ten years (10) relevant experience of which at least three 93) must be  at top management level
iii.                  Possess an excellent track records of sales achievement
iv.                 Possess excellent communication and computer skills
v.                   A strong sales and marketing orientation is needed.

2.       REGIONAL MANAGER:
Reporting to the National Sales Manager; the successful applicant will;
a)      Ensure implementation of company’s processes and policies
b)      Ensure attainment of company’s regional sales target
c)       Supervise and the medical Reps
d)      Manage and maintain the company’s distribution channels
REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants seeking to apply for these positions must:
i.                     Possess a minimum of first degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm/Pharm.D or B.SC in Biological or Physical Sciences) from a reputable institution. An MBA will be an added advantage
ii.                   Must have a minimum of six years (6) relevant experience of which at least two (2) must be  at management level
iii.                  Possess successful track records of sales achievement
iv.                 Possess excellent communication and computer skills
v.                   Possess a valid driving license.

3.       MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVE
Reporting to the Regional Manager. The successful applicant will;
a)      Effectively promote and detail/market the company’s range of ethical and OTC products to health care providers
b)      Maintain optimal/health relationships with the company’s clients
c)       Be responsible for company’s territorial target
REQUIREMENTS:
Applicants for the position of Medical Representatives must;
i.                     Possess a minimum of first degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm/Pharm.D or B.SC in Biological or Physical Sciences) from a reputable institution.
ii.                   Possess a minimum of two years (2) relevant sales experience
iii.                  Must be goal driven, focused and ready to think outside the box to achieve sales objectives.
iv.                 Possess excellent communication and computer skills
v.                   Possess a valid driving license.
