URGENTLY require the services of an experience d, versatile and highly diligent persons to fill the positions of:

Position: HEAD OF OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT:

As HOD Operation, you will oversee bank operations with respect to Treasury management, Customer Services, clearings, funds management, teller services/clearing, Accounting, Administration and information Technology management. He is responsible to the MD/CEO.

Position: MANAGER, FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION:

As Manager Finance and Administration will oversee accounting operations such as maintaining of accounting records, reconciliation of accounts, preparation of accounts and rendition of returns, Budgets preparation reviews and performance, Payroll administration and Human resources management, office administration, Board and committees matters. He reports to the Head of Operations Department.

REQUIREMENTS:

·         Minimum of first University degree or its equivalent in Semi-numerate discipline such as Economics, Accounting, and Banking, Finance, Law and Business studies or any post graduate degree is added advantage.

·         Minimum of 6/8 years post qualification experience in Banking, of which at least 3/5 years must have been in Microfinance Bank sub-sector and 2/3 years in management position for HOD or Manager respectively.

·         Must be a holder of Chartered Micro-Finance Banker and may be a Member of any other relevant professional body such as CIBN, ICCAN, ANAN and with sound knowledge of IT are added advantages.
